This section is dedicated to the exploration, study and development of Martial Arts.

My own personal journey in this area has not been a straight road, my understanding of how Martial Arts are expressed and understood has changed dramatically over the years. Many others I have spoken to have experienced that same process although we have not ultimately all gone in the same direction. None the less we have a great deal of respect for each other and more importantly our teachers.

A good friend of mine once said to me, "even teachers need teachers."

We all need the support of others in our learning however good we may think we are. We can't always spot our own weaknesses and need help from time to time to move forward and grow.
